Refund Policy

Written down before you pay, not explained afterwards. This page tells you what can be refunded, how to ask, how long it takes, and what will show up on your statement. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Last updated Statement descriptor TDSW

Terms being finalised

The highlighted items below are being confirmed and are not yet in force. Until they are published as final, we will honour whatever we agreed with you in writing at the time of your purchase — and if there is any doubt, we will read it in your favour. Email contact@itslbp.com and we will confirm your terms in writing before you pay.

01The short version

  • Self-paced and digital content: [REFUND WINDOW — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN] from purchase, provided [ACCESS CONDITION — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN].
  • Live events and seminars have different terms[LIVE EVENT WINDOW — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN].
  • Ask by email. One address, no forms, no phone maze: contact@itslbp.com.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and appear on your statement as TDSW.
  • Talk to us before you dispute a charge. We can almost always sort it out faster than your bank can. See section 11.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. The version published on the day you bought is the version that applies to your purchase.

02Why your statement says TDSW

ITSL Blueprint is a brand of TDSW Inc. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, and the descriptor on your card statement is TDSW — not "ITSL Blueprint". Refunds appear the same way.

So: if you see TDSW on your statement and you bought training from us, that charge is ours and it is correct. If you are still unsure, email contact@itslbp.com with the amount and the date and we will identify it for you, usually the same day.

03Self-paced and digital content

This covers recorded training, downloads, written material and anything else you can access immediately and keep.

You may request a refund within [REFUND WINDOW — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN] of your purchase date, provided [ACCESS CONDITION — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN: e.g. you have viewed no more than a stated portion of the material, or have not downloaded the templates].

Digital content is different from a physical product in one important way: once you have watched it, you cannot give it back. That is why access matters to the decision. If you are not sure the training is right for you, start with the free webinar, or email us your situation and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Where a refund is approved, your access to the material ends on the day the refund is issued, and the licence granted in our Terms of Service ends with it. Keeping or continuing to use material you have been refunded for is a breach of those terms.

04Live events and seminars

Live terms are not the same as digital terms, because the cost structure is not the same. Seats, rooms, catering and travel are committed in advance, so a cancellation close to the date costs real money whether you attend or not.

  • Cancelling your seat: [LIVE EVENT WINDOW AND ANY TIERS — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN]
  • Transferring to a later date: [TRANSFER TERMS — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN]
  • Transferring your seat to someone else: [NAME-CHANGE POLICY — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN]
  • If we cancel or reschedule: you always get the choice of a full refund or a seat at the rescheduled date. That one is not conditional.

Travel, flights and accommodation are booked by you, with your own suppliers, and we cannot refund those. Please do not book non-refundable travel until we have confirmed the event is going ahead.

The specific terms for a given event are shown on that event's registration page, and those terms control if they differ from this page.

05One-to-one time

Where you have bought calls, coaching or advisory time, sessions already delivered are not refundable — the time was spent. Sessions not yet delivered: [UNUSED SESSION TERMS — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN].

Please give us [NOTICE PERIOD — CONFIRM] notice if you need to move a booked call, so the slot can go to someone else.

06Free items

The free webinar and any free download cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

07How to request a refund

Email contact@itslbp.com with "Refund request" in the subject line, and include:

  1. the name on the order;
  2. the email address you used to buy;
  3. what you bought and roughly when;
  4. the order or receipt number, if you have it;
  5. a sentence about why — you do not have to justify yourself, but it genuinely helps us fix whatever went wrong.

Send it from the email address you bought with if you can. That is the fastest way for us to confirm it is your order.

08What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your request within [ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TIME — CONFIRM: suggested 2 business days].
  • We will give you a decision within [DECISION TIME — CONFIRM: suggested 5 business days] of acknowledging it.
  • If we approve it, we submit the refund to our processor within [PROCESSING TIME — CONFIRM: suggested 2 business days].
  • If we decline it, we will tell you the specific reason, in writing, and point at the part of this policy it turns on. You can reply and ask us to look again.

We do not use a queue designed to make you give up. A person reads the request and answers it.

09How the money comes back

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot send a refund to a different card, a different account, a cheque or a cash app — the processor will not permit it, and that restriction protects you from fraud as much as it protects us.
  • If the original card is closed or expired, we can still usually process it: your bank is generally required to route the credit to your replacement account. If your bank rejects it, contact them first, then tell us and we will find another route with our processor.
  • Once we submit the refund, your bank controls the timing. It typically posts within 5 to 10 business days, sometimes sooner on debit cards and sometimes longer over a statement boundary.
  • The refund appears as a separate credit line reading TDSW. It usually does not erase or replace the original charge on your statement — expect to see both lines.

10Payment plans and partial refunds

If you are on a payment plan and a refund is approved, we stop future instalments and refund what qualifies under this policy. Instalments you have already paid are treated the same way as a single payment would be.

Where a purchase bundled several things and only part of it qualifies, we refund the qualifying part and tell you exactly how we worked out the amount.

Where you bought with a discount or personal code, any refund is of the amount you actually paid — not the pre-discount price. Codes already used are not reinstated.

11Before you dispute a charge — talk to us

Email us first. We will beat your bank on speed.

If you do not recognise a charge, or you think something went wrong, please contact us before you file a dispute with your bank or card issuer. There are practical reasons this is better for you:

  • We can usually resolve it in days. A card dispute typically takes 60 to 90 days to conclude, and your money is in limbo while it runs.
  • Most disputes we would ever see are simply the descriptor: TDSW rather than "ITSL Blueprint". One email settles that.
  • Once a dispute is filed, the funds are frozen by the card network and neither side can simply hand them back — we lose the ability to just refund you.
  • If you dispute a charge we have already refunded, you can end up with the same money twice, and it then has to be reversed. That is an unpleasant process for you, not just for us.

Filing a dispute rather than contacting us does not get you a faster refund, and while a dispute is open we may suspend access to the material it relates to. If we are in the wrong, we will say so and fix it — you do not need your bank to make us.

12What is not refundable

  • Requests made after the applicable window has closed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Access removed because of a breach of our Terms of Service — for example sharing logins, recording sessions, redistributing material, reselling it, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other participants.
  • Live sessions and one-to-one time already delivered.
  • Travel, accommodation and any other cost you paid to someone other than us.
  • Anything you received free of charge.
  • [OTHER EXCLUSIONS — CONFIRM WITH MARVIN]

Not being able to attend, changing your mind about your business plan, or simply not starting the material are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund outside the window above. Ask us anyway — we would rather hear from you.

13Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under California or United States federal law, including rights relating to misrepresentation or unfair business practices. Where a law gives you a better right than this policy does, the law wins.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version published on the day you bought is the version that applies to your purchase, so a later change can never take away a right you already had. We change the "Last updated" date whenever we revise it.
